Refund policy
Orders
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The agreement between you and us for the supply of any Product you order will not be formed until we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product – for example because that Product is not in stock or is no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site – we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
Our Products
The images of the Products on our sites are for illustrative purposes only. For example, although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
Your Right of Return and Refund
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and related State and Territory legislation, once we have accepted your order by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation, you may not cancel that order or ask for a refund.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on books or merchandise.
Damages
Please note that many of our books come from independent publishers and small print runs, which means minor imperfections are common and not considered damage. This can include slight scuffing, small marks, ink bleed on edges and uneven sprayed edges.
Damage refers to more serious issues such as tears, dents and scratches over 1cm, missing finishes, or flaws that affect readability or overall quality.
If something is missing or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the above details (photos included) and we can investigate.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order once received and notify us of any damages.
Please confirm the following:
- Thoroughly inspect your parcel—sometimes we tuck smaller items inside sleeves or bags for extra cushioning.
- Take photos of the packaging before you throw it out.
- Check for any damaged labels or missing item notices from the delivery carrier
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unread or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any refund will be made on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for your order.
